The terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by Muak, Martinsbergstrasse 20, 5400 Baden (Switzerland) for the customer or buyer, delivered to him and sold. Deviating regulations are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing between Muak and the customer. By completing and sending the order of the corresponding products, the customer accepts the present conditions. Small deviations of the delivered products compared to the original shown on the web are possible due to different screen settings.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract between the customer and Muak comes about through the completion of the purchase. Unless then, offers are always subject to change without notice, in particular with regard to prices, delivery obligations, quantities and timing.
At the time of order, the valid list prices will apply. Obvious mistakes are excluded. Prices are in Swiss Francs, incl. VAT. The costs for delivery are provided separately.
Orders within Switzerland / Liechtenstein are usually delivered by post to the customer within 2-4 working days. Orders outside Switzerland will be delivered within 4-8 working days. Claims for damages for late deliveries are excluded. Muak assumes no liability for undeliverable or late delivery of goods due to incorrectly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient, problems of Swiss Post or events that are due to force majeure. With the delivery of the goods to the post office, the transport risk is transferred to the buyer.
Muak offers the following payment methods: prepayment, invoice, PayPal and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
6. Exchange / Return Policy
Muak warrants that the merchandise will be provided free of defects. Each product is individually inspected prior to shipping to ensure flawless quality. A right of return is granted to the customer. The following must be observed when returning the goods:
- The goods must be returned within 7 weekdays (outside Switzerland 14 days after receipt)
- The goods must be returned in the original packaging
- The goods must not show any signs of wear
- The postage costs for the return must be taken over by the customer
7. Material defects / Warranty
Any defects must be reported immediately, at the latest within 7 days (abroad 14 days), in writing or by e-mail to Muak. If the buyer asserts legitimate warranty claims, Muak can either refund the purchase price or deliver replacement goods. Further claims for defective delivery, in particular claims for damages, are completely excluded.
The personal data of the customers are treated confidentially by Muak. The use of customer data is for the purpose of processing orders and payment transactions. In addition, Muak uses the data to communicate with the customer about orders, products or services, to update records or to maintain the customer's account. Muak assures the customer to use this data exclusively for this purpose confidentially and not to make it accessible to third parties.
